O MY GOD what a breath of fresh air to use your fantastic new property search site!! Well done
You guys at globrix.ie have really upped the standard for searching for property in Ireland.. Having found this site I won't be using the old out of date options!!

think out your layout again. its horrible and hard to navigate.
I found it seriously hard to navigate your site and find what I was looking for. The layout may look very "Web 2.0" but it does nothing for usability. Daft gets hits because its site is pretty much idiot proof.

Fantastic I can save and watch - even track price change on my favourite properties on globrix.ie
Monitoring house prices is a national sport in this country, especially during these uncertain economic times. Many househunters are waiting for further price drops and many prospective sellers want to know if the market is starting to improve.

Fix the RSS Feed - Sending New Properties
The RSS feed keeps sending me new properties even though they are not new. Often they send me duplicates of the same property multiple times. I notice though it is mainly (not sure if always) from one seller - Engel & Voelkers.
Love the site and RSS feeds otherwise.

Change the black background of your web page, it is virtually impossible to read and ie annoying
The opening screen of your web site is virtually impossible to read, while the red on black makes an impact it is very difficult to read and there is no point in antagonizing prospective customers . I for one have no wish to open your web site again

Verify rooms
It would be great to open all '1bed' and not find a studio and for areas to be exact too but that's where your map helps, that's great.

fix the "view all properties" on your email alerts. When I click on it it gives me a proxy error.
