Auctions
Could you give users the option to select to view or ignore auction properties please. As a first time buyer I can't sensibly look at auction properties though the price is cheap enough. I am sure some people are only looking for auction properties.

Improve the property type filter.
'Rejecting' each property type is very slow. Then when it eventually loads the new criterion it reverts to the top of the list so I have to scroll down to where I was in the list EVERY time - very frustrating.
A great feature though. -

pubs
On your local maps and services page, you have the option to show restaurant/services etc. It could be helpful to show pubs? especially if you could get a rating from another site - could highlight villages with a good pub, or even areas with loads of dodgy pubs

update your listings more often
This has been marked as completed, but I have found properties which have been sold by the estate agent... On talking to them they say your site seems to be updated monthly - way too slow! (especially for a market like Cambridge which can change in a few days!)

Our site updates several times every hour and we have the ability to receive real-time updates from agent.
The issue we have is that some agents do not keep their stock updated, and whilst we encourage this its difficult to enforce.
Are their any agents in particular that you through were out of date?

Ban agents listing rentals as "For sale"
When there is a choice of either for sale or rent, it is very annoying to find properties listed as for sale when actually it is a business for rent . I know what lease means, but when I want to buy something,I dont expect to have to pay a monthly rental when these listings could be elsewhere. Of... more

enable collaboration from househunters
Other would be buyers would benefit from the comments and photographs taken by a house hunter who has actually visited the property. Can you allow the upload of unbiased photographs to the listing?

misleading information from century 21
Properties from Century 21 have different rent on your search result and on their site. They are manipulating the search result by advertising the monthly rent as weekly. Please take care of this issue.

Removal of let properties...
I have been searching for a rental property in the Chislehurst area, but the list generated always has more than 50% of properties which are already let. flooding overlays...
We keep searching for houses somehow near rivers, and always end up putting postcodes into the environmental agency site - and then comparing them with the globrix map. Would you ever be feasible (or allowed) to have that built directly into Globrix?
