Ignore a lot of peoples' suggestions!
Many people seem to want very specific search criteria, when they simply couldn't be bothered to go through the results. You've got to be kidding. Yes, why bother automating something when you can trawl through 250+ search results by hand?

I agree The site is great. However There is no reason to stop being innovative. Look at rightmove, it was once the best. Because it is the market leader it became complacent and has only recently started to change after new sites such as globrix have come along. Please dont make the mistakes rightmove did. Keep it simple but keep up the innovation.
