Agents like Aston Chase now crowd out other agents in my searches because they show properties which have been sitting for months as newly released practically every day.

They have changed their domain name, which is now http://www.sarahkennyresidentiallettings.co.uk/. All traffic visiting the old domain is redirected to the homepage of the new domain. This means that all the old links to properties are now dead. Also, their website has been redesigned so I would imagine that the web crawler that visits the website will need to be tweaked.

Agreed. Reaston Brown are another repeat offender, every week they remove a property that's been on the market for months, and put it back on as 'new'.

Hi, It's great that you have rss feeds for each search, just like rightmove. But can you please include (or at least an option to have) more details in each feed article (each property entry) than just the title (and qualifiers like "parking"). Definitely include the full summary section and preferably the description as well. Then I can use filters on these words. This would help me much more than using the given subcategories, e.g. "property type" that has a lot of wrong information, like lots flats when you "require" a detached. Thanks.

The rss information for this property is "1 bed detached house Unfurnished ".

The first line of the summary is "Extremely well presented first floor self contained studio apartment".

I don't blame globrix for this as it does say detached on the agent's page as well. But description "errors" like this happen a lot and adding the description in the rss feed could alleviate this problem.

Linking to the Globrix property detail page wastes time, and often the back button doesn't work so that you have to re-enter all the search criteria. It would be much easier if Globrix linked to the relevant estate agent's page directly from search results.

I want to search on specific things: bungalow, within 5 miles of St Neots. After initially seeming to work, after being given the option to fine-tune, it seems to have barfed up badly!

Allow searching on any keyword(s) [updated]

It would be enormously useful to be able to search on any keywords and not just those in the drop down list. I can do this with Primelocation but not with Rightmove.
